Wanoca Cottages wants to ensure a timeless and secure financial investment for every homeowner. To keep the spirit and quality of the community intact, we have created HOA restrictive covenants. Upon completion of the project, the HOA enforcement will be passed on to the residents who will maintain their own regulations and standards through community meetings and elected representatives. This ensures a peaceful environment and increasing property values through regulations regarding home appearance, landscaping and property maintenance.
