The team at Wanoca Builders is always exploring new ways to integrate unique housing communities into our natural landscape. Our newest project will be in the Leicester community of W. Asheville, coming in the Spring of 2023. We plan to build in the Mountain Modern style on larger sized lots. These homes will have breathtaking panoramic mountain views.
