Another aspect of Wanoca Builders is our involvement in developing land as new communities in and around the greater Asheville area. The foresight of Chris Mriscin coupled with his experience in creating amazing homes makes for a perfect combination.

We focus on building “pocket,” or “boutique” communities that retain a tremendous level of neighborhood intimacy while offering each homeowner a unique home building and living experience.
