The Wanoca Team stands by its commitment to versatility when it comes to building your own home. What this means for you is a semi-customizable new construction home that perfectly fits your needs. Floor plans range in size from 1500-2500 sq. ft.

Once you select a floor plan, you meet with the building and design team to make specific selections to your fit and finishes. Examples of this would be deck/patio materials, hardwood floor finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinet styles, paint colors, and tile selections. Wanoca Builders provides an in-house design consultant to help each buyer with their selections to make a personalized and unique home building experience.
